At Bark&Rain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our simple and straightforward return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must have all original tags and packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Sale items or items marked as final sale may not be eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@barkandrain.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, email us at info@barkandrain.com with the details of the issue.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
